We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 3 — Products and Custom Manufacturing Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.

  • Handcrafted & Printed Variations: Because our items are made-to-order utilizing advanced 3D printing technology, minor cosmetic variations, layer lines, or organic print characteristics may occur. These are not considered manufacturing defects but are a natural part of the 3D printing process.

  • Production Timeline: Standard production, preparation, and print calibration for each model takes 2 to 3 business days before dispatching to our courier.

  • Custom Commissions: All sales are final on custom-made, personalized, or structurally modified items. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged due to change of mind.

Section 4 — Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We exclusively ship orders utilizing USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are transit estimates generated by the carrier and do not include our standard 2–3 day manufacturing lead time.

Once an item is handed over to USPS, a tracking number will automatically be generated and emailed to your account. 3D Custom Pros is not responsible for postal carrier delays, severe weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If your item is confirmed damaged or broken upon arrival due to transit handling, please review our Refund Policy to initiate a free replacement claim.

Section 6 — Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

 

  • (a) for any unlawful purpose;

     

  • (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

     

  • (c) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;

     

  • (d) to scrape or crawl the site for product descriptions, asset extraction, or structural data without permission. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3D Custom Pros operates.
